Glucosamine acts, as a supplement, as a joint lubricant and shock absorber necessary to maintain healthy cartilage and joint function.

Diacerein is an anti-inflammatory analgesic and antipyretic drug, indicated specially for the treatment of arthritic conditions. It directly inhibits IL-1 synthesis and release in vitro and down modulates IL-1 induced activities and relieves Osteoarthritis.
