During these attacks, people with panic disorder may flush or feel chilled; hands may tingle or feel numb; and may experience nausea, chest pain, or smothering sensations. Panic attacks usually produce a sense of unreality, a fear of impending fate, or a fear of losing control.
This disorder is a real illness that can be successfully treated with clonazepam i.e. Xetril. Clonazepam (Xetril) is a well established and preferred drug of choice for panic and seizure disorders in Bangladesh.
